Our IPA is a strong, top-fermented beer that is cold hopped according to English tradition. The resulting fruity bouquet of the Spitsbergen IPA meets a round body and makes the beer an ideal drink for long summer nights. The technique, which was actually invented around 1700 to preserve beer, turned out to be an infusion process. Since then, cold hopping has proven itself in many areas of application. It allows us to achieve a wide range of flavor profiles while complying with the German Purity Law.
